Vivekananda College of Women, Bangalore was established in 1982.

Its affiliated to Bangalore University.

The college as the brain child of Janatha Education Society by a group of highly dedicated individuals with the noble mission of serving the educational needs of the society.

The society has been instrumental in continuously upgrading the quality of education and also keeping in pace with the new avenues by adding new courses and facilities to help the students to achieve their milestones.
