Vinayaka Missions College of Nursing was established in 1991.

The college is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Dr M G R Medical University. 

The college is one of the colleges of Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation Deemed University, Salem.

The college has been recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi and Government of Tamil Nadu. The college works with an objective of training the young aspirants to serve as skilful nurses.

The objective of the Institution is the excellence in the nursing education for global practice.

The college provides practical exposure to their students, which helps them in acquiring in depth knowledge in the field of nursing.
