Vidya Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Nagpur was established in 1971.

Vidya Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (VSPM) has untiringly toiled amongst the most backward regions and the least privileged to provide them the opportunity to become self-reliant.

The College formed by Padmashri Kamaltai Hospet, with the sole intention of providing education to the downtrodden in those days.

After her death the reigns were passed on to Shri.Ranjeet Deshmukh, the present Chairman leading the trust, Mr.Ranjeet Deshmukh a mechanical engineer by profession was the Ex.Minister in the Maharashtra Government.

In his guidance the VSPM has achieved great milestones without comprising on their values.
