Vaidya Yagya Dutt Sharma Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Khurja is situated on National Highway No. 91 that is Delhi-Kanpur G.T.Road, 12 Kms from Bulandshahr & 5 Kms. from Khurja opposite Dharpa Power House.

The Building is situated in more than 11 Acres of land where extension of the building is going on along with separate hostels for boys and girls.

The College is associated with 2 hospitals.

First one is situated in the heart of city i.e. Purana Bazar, while the second one is running in the new building of the college having 8 specialized O.P.Ds along with 24 hours emergency services with I.C.U. and all other modern facilities & inpatient capacity of 250 beds.

Four rural peripheral health centers & a Mobile Clinic in the ambulance is also attached with the hospitals so that medical students may have training in the urban as well as remote rural areas to develop their confidence in treating the patients.

The College is the First Private Ayurvedic College in U.P. in General Category to get N.O.C. from U.P.Govt., affiliation to C.S.J.M. University Kanpur and permission from Central Council of Indian Medicine (AYUSH) New Delhi since 2002.
