Ultra College of Pharmacy, Madurai - Ultra trust was formed in 1981 and was registered. Prof. KR. Arumugam, Chairman of Ultra Trust is an academician and the member of the Senate and governing council of the Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University, is also the chairman of governing body of Ultra College of Pharmacy.

The members of the governing body are Prof. N. Venkatachalam, Director, Dr. C. Vijaya, Dean, Mr. A. Babu Thandapani, Trustee and Mr. Palaniappan; a community pharmacist provides professional orientation to the educators.
