Trai Shatabdi Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College (TSGGSKC), Sri Amritsar was established in 1999. Its affiliated Guru Nanak Dev University. 

To perpetuate the Tri-Centenary of the creation of Khalsa Panth under the aegis of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), Amritsar.

The college has grown steadily to be a multi-faculty, post graduate, co-educational institute, imparting education to various classes. The college has dedicated faculty lead by Principal Dr. Rupinder Singh, sincere students and able management of S.G.P.C. work in tandem to take this lighthouse of knowledge to the pinnacle of its glory. 

Trai Shatabi Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College, Amritsar is a premier post-graduate institution, affiliated to Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, was established in 1999 to commemorate tri-centenary celebration of Khalsa Panth with a very few departments and a handful of students on the eve of tri-centenary of Khalsa Panth. The objective of the institution was to impart state of art education to poor and weaker sections of the society. Since its inception the institution has been deeply committe to the propagation of patriotism, nationalism and secularism. The college has significant presence in the field of research and a number of major & minor research projects are awarded to the faculty members by the UGC and other bodies. The institution has set up a glorious trace record over the years. The college is situated in the heart of Amritsar.

The college is proud of its advanced teaching-learning environment and infrastructure. The dedicataed faculty members are ever ready to take up the challenges of imparting quality higher education to their pupils coming from all nooks and corners of India and abroad. The environment in the college enables studetns to interact freely with one another.
