Tolani College of Arts & Science (TCAS), Adipur was established on 15th June 1962 under the management of Gandhidham Collegiate Board (Tolani Vidya Mandir).

It is one of the premier institutions to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

The college is a co-education college of higher education affiliated with K.S.K.V. Kuchchh University, Kutch and recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) on 16th June 1965 & 2(B) on 16th June 1967 under Act, 1956.

It is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with "B+" Grade (2nd Cycle) on 31st March 2007. Therefore it is re-accredited by with "A" Grade.

Beginning in a small one-storeyed building on June 15th, 1962, with an enrollment of handful students, the college has at present over 1500 students housed in large buildings on the beautiful campus of "The Tolani Vidya Mandal", Adipur.

The college has nine undergraduate and two postgraduate programmes. From time to time, we organize remedial courses along with the regular courses.

The medium of instruction shall be Hindi in Arts Faculty while in Science it will be English. The University supplies the Question Paper in Gujarati & English. The student may write answers in English, Hindi or Gujarati.

All deserving students are admitted irrespective of caste and creed and their rights of conscience are respected. Besides, the College commits itself to serve the economically weak, socially underprivileged and needy students.
