Times College of Education, Damoh was established in 2005.

The college is affiliated with Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, Sagar. It is also recognized & approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bhopal to offer B.Ed. & D.Ed. courses.

The college also offers three years undergraduate courses in Bachelor of Commerce streams with various specializations under Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, Sagar.

The college also offers two years Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course for those who have completed their graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Students here are admitted who completed their graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the Degree level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled to a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.

The college also offers two years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or Elementary Teacher Training (E.T.T.) course for those who have completed their intermediate with the minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized college/university under the affiliating university State Council of Educational Research Training (SCERT), Bhopal.

Students here are admitted who completed their intermediate from recognized college/university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the intermediate level.
