It is managed by Karanthai Tamil Sangam. Karanthai Tamil Sangam was founded by Thiru.T.V.Radhakrishna Pillai,to be the president of Karanthai Tamil Sangam, to which latter agreed.
Thereafter,Umamaheswaranar added fame and glory to the presidentship of Sangam.
Umamaheswaranar dedicated his sprit and soul to the development of this Sangam.
