T.M.A.E. Society’s S.C.S. College of Pharmacy (SCSCOP), Harapanahalli was established in 1979 with a D.Pharm course and B.Pharm course was started in 1980 and subsequently M.Pharm course in two specializations (pharmacology and pharm. chemistry) was introduced in 1996 and were affiliated to Gulbarga University and later on to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.

The institution is recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and the college has carved a niche of its own at the national and international level.
