Symbiosis Law School, established in June 1977.

It was affiliated in the beginning to the University of Pune.

It has been approved by the Bar Council Of India , New Delhi .Further, another important stride was made in 2002 when SLS became the constituent college of Symbiosis International University.

Thereby, SLS gained an enhanced degree of autonomy in teaching, learning and research .

During its long journey of 32 years, it has created various milestones in a teaching and learning process.

The unique profiles of its students consist of defence and corporate personnel.

It is the first law college in Pune offering evening Law programs and is also a pioneer in introducing a five year Law program.
