Surjeet Memorial College of Education, Ferozepur was established in 2006 managed under Surjeet Memorial Educational Society in the sacred memory of Late. S. Surjeet Singh Brar owing to the untiring endeavors of S. Rajinder Singh Brar, Chairman of the society and College Managing Committee.

The vision of the college is holistic, quality teacher education of rural youth. Surjeet Memorial College of Education is affiliated to Panjab University.

The College is also approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) for offering undergraduate level course B.Ed. Surjeet Memorial College of Education is the first self-financed and co-educational education college in Ferozepur.

The College works particularly for the up lift of rural students by providing them quality education.
