SUM Nursing College, Bhubaneswar was established in 2004.

The college is approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi and Govt. of Orissa and was affiliated with Utkal University.

Now the college is the constituent college of Siksha “O” Anusandhan University.
