Star College of Education, Periyamanali is managed under Mahendra Educational Trust established in 2006 to impart the professional course of Bachelor of education for those who seek to become teachers.

The College is situated in Periyamanali about 50 Kms from Salem and 20 Kms from Rasipuram. The College is approed by the NCTE and formerly affiliated to Periyar University and now it is affiliated to Tamilnadu Teachers Education University.
