St. George College of Management, Science & Nursing, Bengaluru Urban was popularly known as St. George College, Bengaluru Urban was established in 1998 managed by St. George Educational & Charitable Trust.

It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.
 
The college is affiliated with Bangalore University, Bengaluru & Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bengaluru.

The college is recognized & approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and India Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi and also recognized by the Government of Karnataka.

It is an institution which believes in providing result-oriented, high-quality education. As an institution motto is A Knowledge is Power.

In the first two years of commencement, it shot to the limelight of being recognized as one among the reputed Institutions in Bangalore providing Management, Science & Nursing courses for graduate and post graduate programmes.

In lieu of imparting high-quality education the vision of the leadership team was to emancipate high-quality education to students in various course disciplines. Our focus is imparting and creating knowledge in the young minds.

The teaching fraternity and faculty are led by high knowledge personnel with vast teaching experience. The students represent different states in India and 24 Foreign nationalities. The college teaching-learning method is providing knowledge and value addition supplementing the academic programmes.

In 2002 they have established a new academic programme St. George College of Nursing under the aegis of St. George Educational & Charitable Trust, Bengaluru runs St. George College of Nursing since 2002, affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health and Science (RGUHS) recognized by government of Karnataka and approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC) New Delhi.

In the year 2011-12, we have initiated the MBA programme building budding management professionals, entrepreneurs.

MBA programme is affiliated to Bangalore University, Bengaluru approved by AICTE.

At present, the college offers undergraduate & postgraduate courses in Arts, Science, Commerce, & Management streams with various optional specializations under the affiliating universities. It also offers Add-On courses.
