Sri Indu College of Engineering & Technology (SICET), Ranga Reddy was established in 2001 by New Loyola Model Education Society, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad. The Society is having proven rich experience in the field of education for more than 33 years, with an intention and commitment to impart School and Technical education of highest quality.

The college has been certified by ISO 9001:2000 Certified and permanently affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

The institution is located on a scenic campus of 54 acres on the Nagarjuna Sagar highway at a distance of 12KM from L.B.Nagar. The college is situated in a lush green location which provides aesthetic appeal and a serene environment conducive for learning.

SHORT TERM GOALS:

• To enable 60%-70% of Under Graduates to find immediate employment by imparting necessary skills & Knowledge
• To motivate at least 30% - 40% of students towards higher education & research
• To create entrepreneurial skills in at least 5% -10% of students
• To develop a Management Model that is worth emulating with Corporate Governance
• To instill in young professionals a code of ethics on par with organizational expectations
• To generate awareness on immediate social problems and seek technical solutions to resolve the same by involving a team of academicians and industrialists of that area 

LONG TERM GOALS:

• To Create a center of research in specialized areas by involving a team of academic & industrialists of that area
• To collaborate with global centers of excellence & exchange knowledge, technology, experience & create avenues for higher research
• To officer consultancy to local industries & give hands on experience in the relevant areas to all students
• To produce emotionally balanced, socially responsible professionals with capacity for lateral thinking & adaptability to fact changing technologies
• To develop professionals with global outlook, tempered with Indian values
• To establish incubation centers on campus for mutual benefit of Institute and Industry
