Sri GCSR College of Education, Srikakulam was established in 2006.

It is affiliated to Andhra University, Visakhapatnam and approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

The college is managed by GMR Varalakshmi Foundation. For offering one year undergraduate course B Ed.

The campus is spread over an area of 5 acres of land, Sri GCSR College of Education is well equipped with all the facilities as per the norms of NCTE.

The college was started with a vision to provide the finest teacher-training program and guide the aspirants to a promising career in teaching.

Students here are admitted based on the Andhra Ed CET and counseling.

Various teaching and learning techniques are being used by the faculty to impart knowledge and skills to students at Sri GCSR College of Education, Srikakulam in its various departments.
