South Kashmir Teacher's Training College, Budgam was established in 1996.
The college is recognized by J&K Govt., and affiliated to the University of Kashmir.
The college is also recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi.
The College has completed its fourteen years of commendable service in popularizing and promoting teacher education programme.
The college is presently running one year B.Ed programme of the University of Kashmir.
This B.Ed programme stands approved by the UGC.
