Smt. Rajkamal Baburao Tidke Mahavidyalaya, Mouda was established in 1990 managed and run under Shriram Gram Vikas Sanstha, Nagpur which was founded by Mr. Baburao Madhavrao Tidke, a distinguished personality in co-operative sector.

Originally the college was named as Arts and Commerce College Mauda and was held in an old rented building called Gujar Wada on the bank of the river kanhan. In a very short time of 2 years i.e in 1992, a unit of junior college was attached. In 2005 , the college was shifted to a well constructed new building. After that the collegewas known as Smt. Rajkamal Baburao Tidke, colege Mauda. Mauda is a place of Tahasil. It is a rural area. Almost the people do the profession of agriculture.

The college provide opportunity for the children of farmers. The college had opened with only 2 admissions at first year. Gradually the strength has develop and today the collge has strength of 700. The College is affiliated to R.T.M. Nagpur University.

About the college Smt. Rajkamal Baburao Tidke Mahavidyalaya, Mouda was estalished in 1990. It is managed and run under Shriram Gram Vikas Shikshan Sanstha, Nagpur. It is founded by honourable Shri Baburao M. Tidke who is a distinguished and well known personality in the Co-operative sector in Vidarba (Maharashtra) region. In the initial stage, the college started as 'Arts and Commerce College', in the rented building called, Gujarwada which is on the Kanhan river bank. In a very short time of two years i.e. in 1992, Junior College also started at the same venue. IN 2005, the Tidek Mahavidyalaya. Although Mouda is a Tehsil Place, it is a rural area where most of the people are farmers and workers. Our college has provided the opportunity and facility of higher education to the students who belong to poor and backward classes.

Our college had commenced only with 29 students in B.A. first year and 05 students in B.Com. first year since then college is marching towards progress and development. At the present we have two streams; Arts and commerce in Senior college and three streams: Arts, Commerce and Science in Juniro College. Today the college has overall the strength of 920 Students. Our college is affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur (Maharashtra).
