The college is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University.

The college was established with the aim of providing quality education in the field of Engineering and Technology.
The institute started functioning with the admission of students in the B.Tech courses in seven branches.
It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
The college has reached from 8% to 40% and the search for still higher efficiency is more vigorously pursued today.
