Sinhgad College of Education (B. Ed for Women), Pune was established in 2006 (Recognised by NCTE and Govt. of Maharashtra, Affilated to University of Pune, Pune).

It is among the upcoming B. Ed colleges of the state. The autonomous institution is affiliated to Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University (S.N.D.T. University), Mumbai, and is recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bhopal. The college works under the guidance and sponsorship of Sinhgad Technical Education Society.

SCOETR ( Sinhgad College of Education, Training and Research, (Co-Ed-B.Ed.), Vadgaon(Bk.), Pune-41) is established  in the year 2006. It is affiliated to University of Pune, Pune, and it is approved by N.C.T.E.. The institute conducts Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Diploma in Education(D.Ed) courses. At SCOETR, we strive to lay the foundations for meeting challenges in the corporate life by imparting the knowledge and developing the requisite competencies. Our aim is to develop the spirit to take on real world issues and the potential to transform themselves into teachers of tomorrow.
