SIMS College of Nursing (SIMSCN), Guntur was established in 1978.

The college is affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada and is approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi and recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
