Shri Sant Gadgebaba Hindi Mahavidyalaya, Bhusawal was established in 1950.

Mahavidyalaya is affiliated to Rashtrasanth Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur and hence the college had build The Samadhi Sthal the Temple of Great Saint Shiromani Gadge Baba.

The Mahavidyalaya is recognized by Government of Maharashtra and is approved by R.T.M. Nagpur University.

Seva Parmo Dharma is the motto of Hindi Seva Mandal Mahavidyala is also recognized as a permanent examination center for summer and winter examinations of University.
