Shri Rawatpura Sarkar Institute of Technology(SRIT), Raipur was established in 2000.

It is affiliated to Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University.

The focus of the proposed institution shall be on world class to meet the growing requirement of meeting world quality standards for technical education and research while at the same time making it as destinations to foreign students in great numbers in turn enabling India to market its tech education abroad.
