Shivparvathi Mandradiar College of Education, Erode was established in 2004. Its affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University.

The College is managed under Shivparvathi Mandradiar Educational and Charitable Trust with Shivparvathi Mandradiar Teacher Training Institute (D.T.E), which cater to the needs of the prospective candidates to get D.T.E. and B.Ed. Degree respectively and serve the general public. Both the institutions are located at Palayakottai, 30 kms.south from Erode and 15 kms. north from Kangayam, on Erode-Kangayam Main Road.

The College covers an area of more than 8 acres & endowed with excellent infrastructure and a dedicated team of staff to cater to the needs of the student community. The Campus is Ten kilometers away from Kangeyam, 90 kms from Coimbatore Nearest Railway Junction is Erode and the nearest airport's Coimbatore.

Our college is recognised by the government of Tamilnadu, approved by NCTE (National Council of Teacher Education) and affiliated to Tamilnadu Teachers Education University, Chennai. o B.Ed., (1 Year duration) & M.Ed., (1 Year duration).
