Shivaji Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's Women's College of Education, Jalgaon started its first academic session of imparting comprehensive education to the aspirants in 2006.

The educational institution is affiliated to Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University (SNDT Women’s University), Mumbai and has attained recognition from National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bhopal.

The one of the upcoming educational colleges of the state- Shivaji Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's Women's College of Education conducts one-year of full-time undergraduate degree level Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) course in Marathi medium.

Working under the guidance and sponsorship of Shivaji Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, it intends to produce competent teachers.

In quest to accomplish its aim, the B. Ed College has equipped itself with all the mandatory facilities.
