Sharada College of Education, Mahbubnagar was established in 2003.

The college is managed under Dr. Panuganti Krishnamurthy Memorial Educational Society which was established in 1997 and registered under the ocieties act with Regd. No 4614/97.

It is affiliated to Palamuru University, Mahbubnagar and approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), New Delhi & Govt. of A.P.

Applicants, who have passed graduation with minimum aggregate of 45 % from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course. Admissions are processed on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in Andhra Ed CET.

Candidates are shortlisted through counseling. Hence, counseling determines the final selection of the applicants.

The college has well equipped, finely ventilated and spacious class rooms. The institute has well maintained library with a huge collection of variety of books and journals.

Various teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to students at Sharada College of Education, Mahbubnagar in its various departments.
