Sharad Pawar College of Pharmacy, Nagpur, formerly called Nagpur College of Pharmacy, was established in 1985 as a self financing institute.

The college is a Meghe Group of Institution (MGI) and run by Nagar Yuwak Shikshan Sanstha.

The college is accredited by National Board of Accreditation, All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi and Director of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, Mumbai.

The college is affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. Sharad Pawar College of Pharmacy is one of the leading pharmacy colleges in Maharashtra having "A" grade status awarded by D.T.E., Mumbai.
