Shadan Institute of Management Studies for Boys (SICS), Hyderabad was established in 1991 for Boys. It is affiliated to the Osmania University and permitted by the State Government.

The Shadan Education Society has established this college of Management Studies to render service to the student community. The college has been providing excellent service in the field of Management Education, which is directly reflected in the growing number of young managers produced by us. Our students are in demand for employment purposes by both domestic and Multi-National Organizations. The Shadan Educational Society established Shadan Institute of Management Studies in the academic year 1993-1994 under the affiliation of Osmania University, Permitted by Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and by approval from AICTE. Right from its inception, this college has been rendering note worthy service to the Muslim Minority Community in particular and the society in genera. The aim of establishing this college is to promote Muslim Community & Muslim Women in particular & prepare them to face challenges in Corporate World. Since its inception the college has shown impressive results, with maximum number of pass percentages. This college has experienced faculty, well-equipped lab, Library, Seminar Hall, Auditorium Hall, Furnished Classrooms, Canteen etc.

This cillege conducts guest Lectures, Seminars, Group discussions and personality development classes. The students of this college participated in Seminars and other Management Events conducted by various MBA colleges and won Many prizes. The college provides campus placements and most of the students are well placed in various companies like ICICI, Global Bank, HSBC, Sanghi Group, Asian Paints, Tata Tele Service, Del, Reymount Commodities Pvt Ltd, Express, Car Rescue, Wipro, Shadan Engineering College, Shadan Hospital etc.

As a part of MBA Curriculum the college arranges Industrial tours. The students has visited Mahindra & Mahidra Company at Zaheerabad, Vishakhapatnam Steel Industry, Fertilizer Industry, Bharat Heavy Plates and Vessels.

The college regularly nominates its lecturers to atted faculty development programs conducted by Osmania University, CII and other professional organizations. The motto of the society is NO DONATIONS NO CAPITATIONS. The admission is based on merit.
