Senthamarai College of Arts and Science, Madurai was established in 2010. Its affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai.

Senthamarai College of Arts and Science was founded in the year 2010 at VRS Garden with the noble aim of serving the most neglected people in the rural areas who have been long denied good higher education at a reasonable cost.

Access, Equality, and Inclusiveness, the Prime Mantras of Education are the breath and soul of this institution. Thiru V.R. Sonai, who has become a name for philanthropy is the founder and father of this temple of learning.

The college is situated in the VRS Garden, on the Tirunagar Road, opposite to Madurai Kamaraj University which is easily accessible. The campus is eco-friendly with lush green trees. This sprawling campus has palatial buildings which perfectly match the outer ambiance.
