SEM College of Education and Management Studies and Training, Budgam was established in 1999.

The college is affiliated to the university of Kashmir and has completed its tenth year of commendable service in popularizing and promoting teacher education programme.

The college offers multiple educational programmes viz, B.Ed, M.Ed , E.T.T, B.C.A. 

S.E.M college of education and management studies and training is located in one of the most serene, tranquil and safest areas of Kashmir.

The college has a great sprawling area of 16 kanals of land plus 5 kanals of play-field.
