School of Pharmacy Chouksey Engineering College is affiliated to Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

It has been approved by Pharmacy Council of India and recognized by the government of Chhattisgarh.
