School of Languages, Literature and Society, Jaipur National University, jaipur, was established in 2000.

The college offers Post graduate and Under graduate programme in English.  Certainly, the main emphasis will be on learning these languages, but at the same time, efforts will be made to understand the available literature in the three languages and about the concerned societies.

The significance of these languages can be seen for India in terms of growing trade and commerce, cultural interaction, and diplomatic relations in the changing world.

At times, without adequate knowledge of these languages, collaborations and academic faculty/student exchange programmes do not materialize satisfactorily.

Teaching of these languages has been quite useful for the Indian State and Society. We intend to design the language courses in such a way that by way of these courses bilateral relations between India and the concerned countries can be promoted in a positive manner.

Institute infrastructure is well equipped with all modern facilities. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to students at School of Languages, Literature and Society, Jaipur National University in its various departments.
