Our Mission

We serve the needs of Leadership Development of industry from entry level MBA roles to the C-suite. Besides offering a full time one year Post Graduate Program, we conduct the “Emerging Leaders Booster Program” for high potential middle level managers (four, one week, residential modules), the “People Next Program” for promising HR Managers (three, one week, residential modules) and the Global Leadership Program for CXO’s  held in three one week modules in  North America, Europe and India). In addition, we offer custom built leadership solutions to clients to cover areas such as “Talent Identification”, “Coaching”, “Succession Planning”, “Vision, values co-creation”, “high Performance Team Development” etc.
