School of Information Technology, JJ College of Arts and Science, Pudukkottai is run under the JJ College of Arts and Science. The college is affiliated to Bharathidasan University.
The School of Information Technology began with a B.Sc. course in Computer Science and has now three faculties in its fold.
The School of Information technology comprises of the departments of Computer Science, Information Technology and Computer Applications.
The college is well equipped with all modern facilities. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to students at School of Information Technology, JJ College of Arts and Science in its various departments.
VISION
Providing value based education in emerging fields which are locally relevant, globally compatible and skill oriented, to the rural youth at graduate, post-graduate and research levels, leading to their holistic development, thereby contributing to the process of nation building.

To offer innovative quality education in emerging fields with flexibility in curriculum and teaching - learning process.
