School of Continuing and Distance Education, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (SCDE, JNTU), Hyderabad was established in 1983.

This college is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (SCDE, JNTU).

To meet the academic aspirations of the working Engineering and Scientists, the University has establish the School of Continuing and Distance Education (SCDE) in the year 1983.

The School was originally offering B.Tech correspondence - cum - contact programme (CCC) from 1983 to 2009. Keeping in view of the MHRD and AICTE guideliness, the B.Tech (CCC) has been suspended since 2010. Now the university is completing to develop the schoool by starting New and Innovative Technology Management Programmes at P.G and P.G. Diploma Level.

One Year Post Graduate Diploma Programme in the Continuing Contact (CC) Mode.

1. P.G. Diploma in industrial Safetly.

One Year Post Graduate Diploma Programmes in the Correspondence - Cum - Contact (CCC) Mode.

1. P.G. Diploma in Pharmaceutial Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs.
