About Savitri Girls' College
Savitri Girls' College, Kolkata was established in 1972.
The Savitri Educational Charitable Trust was established and in 1905 this trust established Savitri Pathsala as a Hindi medium school for girls.
In response to the long standing need for a Girls College in the locality, the Trust decided to establish Savitri Girls College with a noble mission of imparting female education.
The institute has an ideal academic atmosphere, free from all extraneous disturbances.
