Satya Institute of Medical Education and Research College of Nursing, Guntur was established in 2005.

The college is affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences of Vijayawada and is approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi and recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

The college offers B.Sc Nursing course which includes internship. During the internship, students are provided practical exposure, which is much needed in the field of nursing.

SIMER College of Nursing also has well equipped labs where students can explore and develop their nursing skills under the guidance of qualified lecturers.
