Sarojini Naidu Junior Degree & PG Colleges For Women, Hyderabad was established in 1994-95.

The college was recognized by Board of intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh & affiliated to Osmania University.

The college has PG & Degree and junior colleges functioning with very efficient and experienced faculty members manned by a purposeful management. The college is successfully completing Every Year a tremendous note having got 96% results in both the arts and science groups.The fee stucture will be Restructured in every five years.

All eligible students of SC,ST and BC are entitled for Scholarship provided by the Government as per rules. The amount sanctioned will be given through individual account Payee Cheque. The Scholarship holders are advised to open a account in any Bank.

Candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC communities can apply for scholarships as per the government rule which will be duly forwarded by the office to the S.W.O. authorities concerned for necessary sanction.

The management of the college provides other awards to meritorious students besides fee concession for all merit students.

The college has a building and has the required area as per Government and University specifications.The building is constructed keeping in view all the essentials of a women’s college having good classrooms, laboratories, library and toilets and canteen

The college is well equipped with student desks and green class boards in the lecture halls, along with ceiling fans and tube lights.

Rules & Regulation of the College:

• Students shall be required to put in a minimum attendance of 75%
• The Examination forms of Candidate who have put in at least 65% of the attendance before the date of Sending the Examination forms , will be forwarded to the University
• Attendance Will be calculated from the date of commencement of classes and not the date of admission
• No Student will be allowed to absent herself from the College without leave , For which an application must be submitted on the first day of return to the college
• Application for leave on the ground of in health during College examinations must be accompanied by a Medical Certificate
• If any student is continuously absent for a period of more than one month she should come with her parents to seek permission for attending classes there after
• If any student discontinues her studies without informing the principal,she will be liable to pay complete year's fees
• Internal examination will be conducted by the college periodically to keep a close watch on each student's academic progress
• The valued and ranked report of the students progress in education is intimated to the parents as when done
• Quarterly / Half yearly / Pre final exam will be conducted in every year
• Week students should approach concerned lecturer every month about their doubts
• Ragging is strictly prohibited in the college premises.
