Sardar Patel Post Graduate Institute of Dental and Medical Sciences, Lucknow was established under Sardar Patel Shikshan Samiti.

The Sardar Patel Shikshan Samiti is a charitable society which was established on 5th of October 1995 by our founder Chairman Shri O.P. Chaudhary with the main objective of offering a social & public service to the poor & needy & down trodden.

The college campus has got “O. P. Chaudhary Hospital & Research Center" an eight storey 300 bedded multi speciality medical hospital.

The college has got well qualified senior doctors as the faculty members, four operation theatres, radiological & pathological facilities.

The campus spreads to 25 acres of land with the 4 storied dental wing situated in between.

The college is recognised by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India & Dental Council, of India, New Delhi and the college is affiliated to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Faizabad.
