Sapthgiri, Padmavathi College of Nursing (SPCN), Dharmapuri was established in 1992 by Govind Gounder Memorial Educational Trust.

The college is affiliated to the Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University and governed by its health and family welfare department.

The College is approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), and the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), Indian Nursing Council,lAP, New Delhi.

The College provides conducing atmosphere for the students to update their knowledge and teaching .
