Sankaramangalam Training College, Pathanamthitta was established in 2005.

The college is managed by Sankaramangalam Educational and Charitable Trust under the chairmanship of Sri N.R.G. Pillai.

The college is approved by Govt. of Kerala, recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education and affiliated to M.G. University.

The college aims at education through transformation of an individual to a social being, enable students to lead an effective life by making them socially enlightened, morally upright and mentally alert.
