Salafiyya Training College, Palakkad came into existence in 2005-06.
It is managed and run by Jam-Iyyathussalafiyyeen Charitable Society.
The college is affiliated to University of Calicut, Malappuram. Salafiyya Training College is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
