Sagar Gangotri College of Nursing (SGCN), Sagar was established in 1998.

Its affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.

and is managed by Sri Sigandooreshwari Educational Trust, Sagar. The college is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, New-Delhi and Karnataka Nursing Council, Bangalore.

The objective of Sri Sigandooreshwari Educational Trust,  Sagar behind establishment of Sagar Gangotri College of Nursing is to cater to the health needs of the society. The well being of the individual and community depends upon promotion of health and prevention of diseases.
