S.R. College of Science and Engineering (CSE), Jhansi was established in 2002.
The college is affiliated to Gautam Buddha Technical University, Lucknow and approved by All India Council of Technical Education, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India.
College of Science & Engineering (CSE), an important landmark in the educational map of northern India, is affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow) and approved by All India Council of Technical Education, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. The college offers varied ranges of technical, and management courses at Diploma, undergraduate & post-graduate levels – Polytechnic(EE,ME,CE & EC) B.Tech (CS, EC, ME & CE), M.Tech (CS, EC, CE & ME), MBA & MCA.
College of Science & Engineering has been serving the educational needs in technology and management of our country for the last ten years. The College invites all students irrespective of gender, caste, religion and physical challenges to make us a rich and varied community. It offers a wide range of courses, extra-curricular activities and technologically advanced facilities accessible to the faculty, the students and the support staff.
The once rugged terrain of the hills of Bundelkhand range, where more than the 80-acre campus is housed, is now lush green. It is a matter of great privilege for the institution to be situated in Jhansi, which is emerging as an educational hub of northern India. Again, it is worthy to mention that the Central Government has focused its view on Jhansi, by showing its concern to set up a Para Medical College, and a Central Agricultural University. MLB Medical College, Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering & Technology and Bundelkhand University have already set a landmark.
Over the years, the college has built up an impressive array of academic facilities such as a fully computerized library, a state-of-the art computer center and an active placement cell.

Case study oriented, holistic teaching methods ensure that the graduates acquire industry acumen and not just a degree.
