V.V. Sangha's Shree Khasgatesh College of Arts and Commerce, Talikoti (Dist. Vijayapura) was popularly known as S.K. College of Arts and Commerce, Talikoti established on 1st June 1977 under the management society of Vidya Vardhak Sangh.
It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.
It is affiliated to Rani Channamma University, Belagavi and it is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) on 5th April 1980 & 12(B) under Act, 1956.
It is re-accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with "B" Grade - (CGPA Score 2.36 on a 4 Point Scale in 3rd Cycle) on 5th November 2016.
The college is located at the very good environment with good teaching staffs in the campus with the various modern facility is also available in the college. College offers Bachelor Degrees in the field of Arts and Commerce streams.
The main aim of the college is determined to provide the quality education to the students. With the correct mix of technology and human touch, the college empowers the aspiring teachers to propagate education through the rungs of the society so that they serve the nation while making a satisfying career for themselves.
At present, the college offers three years undergraduate courses in Arts & Commerce stream with optional specializations under Rani Channamma University, Belagavi.

- State Government and Central Government offers a number of scholarships to the meritorious students and the students belonging to SC / ST / OBC
- A special complaint cell (Sexual Harassment Cell) has been formed for the female students in the college. Students can directly complain orally or by written application to the head of the cell. Apart from this, Ragging is strictly prohibited on the college campus
- To sharpen the skill of students and their personality development, various curricular and extra-curricular activities are the regular features of the institution
- The college also organizes workshops, seminars, and conferences for improving teaching skills and methodology
- The college also provides NCC training to its students. The NCC cadets attend different camps and earn pride for themselves and for the college
- The college Unit NSS Wing performs different type of social services within and outside of the area
- The college consists Women Cell to help female students. This cell helps and guides girls to sort out from their personal problem and avoid them from any harassment
