RVS Teacher Training Institute, Coimbatore was established in 2006. Its affilaited to Bharathiar University.

It is approved by Government of Tamil Nadu and is recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Working under the guidance and sponsorship of Rathinavel Subramaniam [RVS] Education Trust.
