Rosamma Minority College of Education, Kadapa was established in 2007 under Grace Rural Agricultural Cultural Educational Society, Kadapa.

The college was affiliated to Sri Venkateswara University and recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). To study the one year undergraduate level B.Ed course. Applicants who have passed graduation with minimum aggregate of 45 % from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Admissions are carried out on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in Andhra Ed CET.

Counseling is conducted for the short-listed candidates which determines the final selection of the applicants.

The institute has a well maintained library with a wide range of books and journals. The classrooms are well equipped with all modern facilities, well ventilated and spacious.
