Ravoof & Vazir Khan's Memorial College of Education, Srikakulam was established in 2001 by Vazir Khan Memorial Educational Society.

The college is affiliated to Andhra University, Visakhapatnam and acrredited by National Council For Teacher Education (NCTE).

Vazir Khan Memorial Educational Sociey was started with an intention to preserve and cherish the reminiscences of (Late) Mr. M.A. Ravoof, an agile personality who had once been the Municipal Chairperson of Srikakulam town, of Andhra Pradesh, and his son-in-law (Late) Mr.Vazir Khan, who through his undeterred efforts contributed his expertise to eradicate ignorance from the minds and hearts of people and promoted higher education by freely coaching Intermediate, Graduation level students.

His yeoman service backed with earnest efforts for the cause of education.

The Vazir Khan Memorial Educational Society was established in the year 2004. The Society, as of now owns the Khan’s Talent School and the proposed Ravoof & Vazir Khan’s Memorial College of Education, is to add another feather in its cap, with the sole intention of imparting education with true Islamic faith, mainly to draw people, so as to explore the manifolds of knowledge.

This proposed college of education, intends to join the array of countless educational institutions spread in the Srikakulam town of Andhra Pradesh which is evenly poised for rapid development in the north coastal belt of Andhra Pradesh.

Objectives of Ravoof & Vazir Khan's Memorial College of Education:

•     To develop individual character so as to serve and help build a healthy human society
•     To strengthen and instill true democratic values in each individual
•     Work hard to keep pace with the evolving educational trends and thus inseminate such thoughts in the mind of the individual
•     To develop learning skills with an attitude of universal brotherhood
•     To inculcate tolerance for all religions and social values
•     To work towards Nation building by helping in constructive thinking especially for communal harmony
•     To establish a sense of responsibility in an individual and bridge gaps in national and international through teaching profession
