Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences, Raichur is an autonomous institute of Government of Karnataka.

Over the years, RIMS has become one of the renowned medical institutes of the state.

RIMS is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and approved by Medical Council of India (MCI).

The College is known for imparting high standards of education in medicine at undergraduate level.
